We offer English courses as part of our core learning programs, along with the FLEX program in Poland, which enables colleagues to purchase equipment with compensation. Regarding compensation reviews, reviews can still be initiated through the internal system or by speaking with HR. We continue to look for ways to improve compensation and benefits. Your point about laptop quality and language courses is noted and shared with the relevant teams.
