Thanks for working with us for more than 3 years. We appreciate your review, it's nice to know that you are satisfied with the conditions and format of work at DataArt. Our Learn and Development department works hard to provide growth opportunities for all. In case you are dissatisfied with your career path or have difficulties understanding them, you are free to ask your location or project management for guidance.

Pros

Better established internal processes than other outsourcing companies have, while they try to minimize the amount of bureaucracy.

Cons

Work experience will depend on who you manage to meet and on your luck. Formally there is an established career plan and processes but they do not work for majority of personal.

Thanks for working with us for more than 3 years :) We appreciate your review. The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee themselves. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager.
