We’re sorry to hear that your experience with work-life balance at DataArt was not fully positive. While we aim to provide a flexible environment that supports personal well-being and professional development, we understand that experiences may vary depending on the project or team. Pros

Management is very people-orientated, they offer flexible work conditions and take into account your preferences when assigning future projects. The company feels more like an eco-system, giving you the freedom to explore different roles and learn new skills if you're looking for a shift in your career path.

Cons

It could be hard to get a promotion, as it often depends only on the specific project you're assigned to rather than overall performance.
