Pros

- relocation policy - remote approach for most of roles - education and mentorship programs are very strong, not pushy - salary and benefits are equal to or exceed the market values - horizontal schema of management

Cons

in general, it's absent, but if you are very picky, I would say that bureaucracy sometimes takes a place, not critical to me.
