Thanks for the feedback! The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee themselves. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager. We encourage our colleagues who have unpleasant experience, to speak out to location or project management. We have internal procedures aimed at solving such issues.

- As a DA employee you have great perks, difficult to find something similar in the market - They always listen to you, your opinion is always valuable - Great opportunities to grow - You have access to multiple self-education platforms - Much more benefits

Cons

- Not many .NET / Angular projects around at the moment - The bench used to be safer a few years ago - Salaries could be a little higher
