Thank you for being with DataArt for over 8 years. We truly appreciate your long-term commitment. We’re glad to hear that flexibility, remote work, and payment in USD are positive aspects of your experience. Regarding compensation review, we recommend reaching out to your HR Manager, who can assist you with the duration and help move the process forward. Thank you for your feedback and continued dedication.

Pros

It's an eastern european consulting company expanding their staffing in latin america. Interview processes are pretty straightforward. Good usd salaries, over the average. They have a wide open choice of clients and projects. You have PTO and local holidays.

Cons

The way they handle PTO carry over from year to year is not great. Basically they force you to get rid of them at the beginning of the new year. Salaries increases are not currently happening. Local office is a coworking space in the middle of BA downtown.

Thanks for your review, it’s great to know that you like the salary and other working conditions at DataArt. The procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee themselves. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager. If you are dissatisfied with internal processes or HR-managers you are free to speak out or escalate the problem to project or local management.

Pros

Lot's of great people, mostly eager to help

Cons

Everything depends on the project. Some projects are good, while others are boring and a waste of time.

Thanks for working with us for more than 6 years. We appreciate your review. Our colleagues have a contract with DataArt, not a client, and receive full support from us: from social packages to salary payments. If you don't like the project, you can discuss changing it. Sorry that the project didn't match your expectations.
