Technically speaking, you have a lot to learn.
Cons
- very bad management ( they put pressure on you, discrimination, hypocrisy ... ) - you have to work one year without taking holidays ( cumulate your holidays for the next year ) - no salary raises, even after more than 2 years ( they always complain about not having the necessary budget ) - no integration if you are a foreigner -
