      Avoid at all costs if you want to learn actual tech

      The managers are positive I guess

      Cons

      They don't train you and you are immediately forced to jump onto tickets and work on products. The entire team is full of apprentices who are self taught so there is no learning and no support. This is in the Leeds office People need to leave to get anywhere in tech as this ain't right.

      Very knowledgable and technical staff to learn from If you get the right mentor who gives you time you can have great success

      Cons

      Strange onboarding; goals, aims and objectives unclear and unsure if performing to standard. Mentor was very rude; bullying and unhelpful
