The Finance Graduate Program is the best option for me as a recent graduate as it offers me so many opportunities for personal and career development (teamwork activities, projects, excel trainings, presentation trainings etc.). I like that I am constantly doing something different, my work is not stereotypical and I am in a group of great people.

Cons

Can't find any, there are great people, great culture and great benefits.

Great people!- They always push you to do your best... and try to develop you even though it is such a large company and there is a lot to learn.

When a company has 200k plus employees its very easy to get lost in the shuffle
