I have opportunity to work with great leaders of the Tech Industry in regular basis. All of them are great people to learn from.

Many types of roles, encourages rotation amongst analysts. Global role, requires night calls and travel but allows flexibility in work arrangements

The culture is very driving and highly matrixed. Depending on your style this may be a pro, but it has required me to stretch a little out of my comfort zone.
