      Great work / life balance, work from home and other flexible work arrangements really great.

      Cons

      Too much of management favouring a minority's of employees ( they feel there are untouchable) bad ethics by management, until nothing can be proven they believe that can say and do anything they like and when challenged, management lies since they do not leave any proof or even they make up false witnesses

      Flexible hours but I don't have chance to enjoy it. Long working hours around 12 hours per day under logistics finance team.
