      Pros

      Dell is a great place to start your career - the work culture is great and everybody at the company is invested in your development. The company also genuinely prioritizes work/life balance, and was progressive with letting people work remotely even before the pandemic.

      Cons

      Due to it being a large company, it's hard to quickly get promoted, and the promotions don't always come with a large pay increase
