      Good benefits Work life flexibility, with remote/telecommute options depending on role and level Great coworkers Great ERG resources for underrepresented groups Many opportunities to move around and promote within the company

      Pros

      Strong culture that is followed by employees -Work life balance, lots of resources for employees for personal health/wellness -Growth is encouraged, managers are happily willing to help you find your path -Lots of future opportunities - huge company with a lot of different functional areas that you can work in -Friendly people, easy to make connections

      Cons

      Only con is that the roles are more structured and there is more red tape - so if you like ambiguous environments where you can try a bunch of ideas out... this might not be the place for you. But that is pretty much how every big corporation is anyway - so not really a con.
