- I was lucky enough to work with a great management team and some highly capable people. - Good prospects for career progression if you network effectively and go the extra mile - Decent salary and reasonably good benefits

Cons

- Takes too long to get things done, due to constant discussions, "too many cooks" and internal politics - More of a "can't do" than "can do" attitude to many employees since the Dell acquistion

- it can be you have a great quarter pay achievment -very good to have them on your CV -good brand -you can be proud of working here -normaly good processes -you can climb up the carreer ladder -international multicultural atmosphere

Cons

-it can be you pay back alot of money you earned without fault -targets are instransparent - your targets are a gamble very often - processes for everything. you cant even get visitcards without filling out 5 forms and getting 3 approvals -very complicated process structure -leak of intelligent process know how -very strong finance driven company. finance has it's eyes and forms and processes all over the company

Good to start the career.

Cons

No longer invest in employees, employees are just a number on the balance sheet, pure cost. Corporate greed is out of control and management team is self centered and inhuman.
