Career Growth has been great work life balance, Oppurtunity for all including women returning from a break Amazing span of trainings across functions

Cons

Tell Dell sometimes doesnt address issues such as manager not being considerate and sending you emails or even indirectly having others call you for work post work hours or holidays

Cons

Mediocrity is rewarded way too much. I was consistently reprimanded for doing too good of a job and making my other team members look bad. Or dressing too nice and making others look bad. Take far to long to get the simplest task done.
