Pros
My department is very flexible with time off, or working from home, when possible. I know a lot of people who are able to telecommute or work part-time to meet their family's needs. I also feel like there is a lot of positive energy, and most people seem pretty satisfied with DFS.
Cons
I support a sales team, so sometimes they call me with their hair on fire for some emergency. It can be very frustrating to work in that kind of environment, where there are multimillion dollar decisions that have to be made in half an hour, and you have no way of prepping for them, or knowing that they are coming.
