Lots of opportunities within the company, tremendous ability to learn new skills, career training available, outstanding coworkers, finally seem to have clearer direction, ability to work remote, company looks good on resume, company closed week of Christmas

Cons

Yearly reorgs, layoffs a constant threat, stingy with raises, hard to get promoted without changing groups

Outdated tools and tech. No scope for growth professionaly especially non-IT. You'll have to do somereally breakthrough projects and be ready to work with mediocre people.

It is easy work for the pay. Nobody around me works hard or performs at a high level, so its easy to appear to be an achiever. The work does not take me outside of 40 hours a week very often.

Cons

I don't feel like what I do matters. The talent level is not that strong.
