A good company that provides a lot of flexibility, opportunities to learn and also grow in the organization. Not so much of work pressure, but sometimes it peaks during software releases

Cons

During peak releases, the pressure mounts up but once this is done, it's fine. People with highest ambitions might get a little frustrated
