good for retirement like life, good for if you have another business, online from home, good cafeteria

Cons

the quality of the management is in question, moreover integrity, ethics are only in Emails, people are incompetent and never experienced competition, they find shortcuts for the survival such as politics, teaming up etc, meritocracy is a far dream, dont expect anything more from here.

For every quarter there will some management change which is difficult to adapt while we are already took in the change
