Pros
Benefits are still very good; matching 401k, health insurance is good(not as good as it once was), mental health is taken seriously at least at the management level and higher work can be done to lower sigma at direct report level.
Cons
4 times the work that was done yrs back with less than a quarter of the people we used to have. Fluctuations in where when and how work is done (outsource work then bring it back and outsource again). Constantly working self out of work and then being inserted into teams/jobs. Lost sense of connection to people.
