Cons

- Growth rate is not impressive unless you are here for long term basis - On site opportunities in testing department is hardly an opportunity

Brand Name...Some good people...some very good projects...defined policies for everything...good for people who might want relaxation and work life balance...

Cons

Politics...you can only grow if you know to buttering your managers...no employee engagement initiative...no festival is celebrated...forgt abt any gifts...onsite opportunity and promotions to favourites of manager...policies change day in and day out...no appraisal...making Dell private was the last nail in the coffin...high attrition rate due to lack of future clarity...useless mandatory trainings...no growth opportunity...frequent lay off lists...
