      Good food, but unfair comparisons and micromanagement

      the food at the lounge is good

      Cons

      severely underpaid, micromanage, peer-to-peer comparison is unfair due to they want the number of ticket of technical the same as the functional, the salary difference with your collague - same fresh graduate, same work of line, you can work so hard, outperform your senior but lowkey they wont care if you are just the technical person.
