      -In technology teams, there are a lot of areas to be improved. This poses a good opportunity for someone trying to work on process improvements.

      Cons

      -Work can get pretty stagnant, not on par with the current technologies in the market. You will learn fewer new things during a long tenure. -Very difficult to move within the organization -Compensation is not on par with the market

      - Benefits: PTO, Pension, 401K Matching - Investment in educational tools to strengthen skills - Variety of projects and opportunities, both domestic and international - For the majority, work along side some talented colleagues

      Cons

      - Office politics will trump skill set for promotion - Many people are staffed on projects they were not hired for, nor want to be a part of - 100% travel for many - Have to constantly be networking and showcasing your skills/personality
