Pros
- good work life balance, managers are nice when you have to take time off - able to work from home 3 days a week so far - coaching and mentoring program is very good, very supportive managers
Cons
- never enough resources for the job which translates to long hours - after merging with other teams to become a wider team, smaller teams get short end of the stick when it comes to promotions
