Overall, it’s a great company with a strong brand and excellent opportunities to learn, especially in high-pressure, client-facing roles. However, most of the projects have toxic work culture and managers. If you end up on one of those projects, it can be a difficult experience, and unfortunately, the company does not make it easy to move to different roles or teams.
