- Very friendly coworkers that are easy to get on with - Easy to fit in and find a group

Cons

- Big variance in project work load (very heavy periods and very light periods) - Work hours tend to go long as people don't log off - Promotions based on external market conditions or other factors out of your control (I.e. on the bench)
