You really get great learning opportunities at this company. They respect work life balance and flexibility, colleagues are great and culture

Cons

The promotions opportunities are considerably worse than other big 4 and boutique firms. It takes 3 years to become senior consultant and additional 3 years to become manager. Previously this was 2 and 2 years which is comparable to other big 4 and boutique firms.

-Good to have in your portofolio -People are not usualy fired -Good environment -Hybrid work (partialy remote)

Cons

-Low pay -Not much choise in what project/possition you will be in -No raise if you dont take multiple salesforce cetrifications per year (no time to do so is provided by the company). If there is no deceloper position open in a project you may end up working a something else.
