Career aspect - Like I said before , it will be good name on your resume , especially if you currently work in a traditional service org. The quality of people will most probably be better not in just terms of technical skills , but also communication skills , networking , etc., the proper consulting stuff. Please consider that maybe at your current org , you can get better opportunities in terms of learning new things maybe in different teams . Benefits - the bonus payout is generally decent in line or more than that mentioned in the offer letter . WFH , flexibility will be there as per the manager/team’s policies . At the end of the day , work life balance , good/bad work, good/bad manager - it all comes down to the team you join

If you are really a techie guy, who only codes and tests, I guess you won’t find your desired project, technology most of the time.
