      1. Collective disconnect at year end. 2. Salary sometimes better than competitors.

      Cons

      1. High basedness at management level. 2. Unequal treatment of employees, better for those who are closer to Director, Partner level. 3. WLB is sometimes worse,but differes from project to project.

      Pros

      Generally a very good attitude from management in the firm and I always find I get the support I need. Good focus on quality. Flexible working is applied and utilised well.

      Cons

      Their private medical insurance in the Uk is not as comprehensive as I have experienced at other big 4. Obviously overtime is a huge factor but by the time you are at Manager level you must expect this in audit! Poorer audit tools in comparison to other big 4.
