Pros
- The Deloitte brand will attract a good variety of clients if you're looking for experience and also to add to your portfolio - A good mix people from all walks of life
Cons
- Very poor employee experience from hire to retire - Utilization metrics are unrealistic and don't reflect business conditions [translates to slow promotions, low salary adjustments and bonuses, and if you're promoted the adjustment is extremely less] - Back office i.e. HR, Finance are unable to support the operations of the business
