Work experience and teams top, money and structure flop
Pros
Projects and work are very wide speeded, open-minded and perfect to gain experience. You have quite a lot of freedom to do your work. Very big knowledge network you can use. Fringe benefits are quite ok but nothing special.
Cons
Can only talk about internal services: Organization structures are a catastrophy. Deloitte goes into globalization and outsourcing some parts. This makes the decision path longer and much more to fragile error, especially in communication. Second is no help and transparent in carrer path planing. You have to shift for oneself. Performance review has no incentives to go for better performance. Sad sometimes a big problem when working on projects in hot phases. Some colleges are in the house only to serve time. This result is a very slow-growing salary. Team choice is here really important.
