Salary comes on time. Can’t think of anything else

Projects not interesting, pay is bad, leadership is terrible and their new fad is forcing people to visit office just to say hi to each other. Work is not challenging and US treats india employees like cr@p. I think a lot of campus hires prefer this place because of the so called brand name and of course they are willing to take a lot of cr@p early on in their career. By the way, if you are a woman professional you will get your hikes and promotions. No questions asked. Currently diversity target is 100% women professionals and deloitte is well on target
