Pros
Reputation, brand-new facility (2015), benefits, good experience/resume builder, opportunity for advancement, good compensation
Cons
High utilization requirement (90% billable against a full 2080 hour year), so PTO (they start you off with 3 or 4 weeks) and company holidays counts against your utilization, so you have to work more to make it up. Some projects can be sweatshop hours. To advance, not only do you have to hit your utilization numbers, you're expected to make other "contributions to the firm" and get at least 40 hours/year of extra training, which means overtime because you still have to make your billable hours to hit your utilization number.
