      Pros

      Good Pay, Good Benefits. Partners are extremely competent and friendly. Some of the senior managers need to learn a lot from these partners. Employees at the Consultant level need to cut down on their ego. The people at the Analyst level are extremely friendly. So, the bottom most layer and the top most layer of employees are awesome. The middle layer employees are extremely egoistic and arrogant.

      Cons

      Services provided to clients are highly questionable and it feels like taking advantage of the Technically Challenged Public Sector Clients

      It wasn't a bad place to work overall but there were some drawbacks worth mentioning. Pros Interesting projects Cons Hours Politics

      Again, it was the office politic and the lack of communication regarding the expectations of what it takes to make partner.

      Awesome opportunity for cross industry experience

      Pros

      I had a great experience at Deloitte. I was able to take on as much responsibility at a junior level as I demonstrated a capability of handling. Great place for self directed learning. Presented with numerous opportunities to independently figure out really complex business problems and industries.

      Cons

      The Company had challenges with retaining top talent. Top rated people were in high demand for cases / projects and would get pulled onto the first project available regardless of career fit. Limited career path for junior staff without going back to school to get a MBA.
