Pros
It is a great place to learn and excel in the technical field. Amount of information available has no limit. Quality of Audit work, documentation and Audit report is uncomparable. Team spirit and management expertise are on a very high side, which motivates employees and results in improved performance. Appraisal process is fair and it turns out to be a real confidence booster.
Cons
Sometimes it becomes difficult to manage work-life balance. Also, too many persons at top management are there, which is a big NO-NO, since the employees who are performing at middle level are not great in numbers. Top management (Partners) and Lower level employees (Assistant Managers, Articles and Assistants) are more, which creates problems at times.
