      - High quality, friendly colleagues - Excellent client profile - Interesting work if you can get it - Good location to work (Fleet st.) - Dedicated to high standards of professional quality

      - Compensation is not good enough - Very hierarchical - Can be overworked

      Good place to learn a lot - but few stay longer than 2-3 years

      -Good perks, including flexible Fridays -Good amount of vacation time if you're able to use it -You can learn a lot about different industries and business processes in general if you are able to get good project opportunities

      Cons

      -Many projects were just repackaging old material with the new client's logo -Consistent lack of leadership at the Senior Manager level -limited opportunities to specialize in a field -Many projects last years and it can be difficult to get off them, limiting opportunities and sometimes placing junior staff into the middle of political tug-of-war between partners and project managers -Partners have a tendency to treat staff like commodities rather than people -Deloitte doesn't have a strong reputation in the Strategy Consulting world, making it difficult to secure post-Deloitte opportunities in that area

      Pros

      Generally work with bright and approachable individuals, many of whom you are happy to see outside work as well. Quality of projects is on the up and if you are interested in a particular area / industry, it is very likely that there is a team that does it.

      Cons

      Taking employees for granted, such as showing little respect for their life outside work and just expecting you to leave everything for work. Needs an urgent review of compensation. Some teams are very political which creates a culture where individuals tend to look out for themselves only.
