Business Outlook
Pros
- Talented, diverse and thoughtful colleagues - Opportunities to pursue individual interests through extracurricular/practice development activities - Brand recognition opens that door to great client opportunities and builds your resume
Cons
- Very poor work-life balance - those with a working spouse and kids will find few others here in similar circumstances, even at senior levels, which means that most people here put work first (even if they say otherwise). Despite the rhetoric, mothers need to make enormous sacrifices to build a career here. - Limited formal learning opportunities - most takes place "on the job" and is dependent on the willingness of managers/leaders to mentor and provide live feedback in a project environment
