Unrealistic expectations, poor training, impossible to change the service line (if you would like to try another service line within Deloitte, not going to happen). New staff, be prepared to use the copier machine and scanner a lot during you first years at Deloitte because that's all you are going to do! Most of the interesting work from level I and II is being sent to India so the projects can be done at a lower price for the client. As a consequence, the new staff is not getting any work that will help them develop their technical skills. Management knows the new staff is not being trained but they could not care less.
