Pros
I have never worked with senior management that is so genuinely interested in people. Talent is this firms' product and leadership works hard at striking a balance between the demands of the work and making this a great place to have work/family balance. Leadership is clear in their communications and actions/deeds follow words/commitments. It's a professional services firm and our clients do not hire us for easy things. We are hired for hard work and intelligence. We are also not inexpensive. Thus expectations are high across the board. We employ bright, driven talent and I am energized by their abilities.
Cons
It's hard work, long hours, heavy traval and very high client expectations. Not a downside as much as a simple reality but it is not an environment for the meek, timid or borderline talented.
