Your teams will be run by consultants who do not understand tech and don't listen to technical expertise, setting up unrealistic expectations for clients and then blaming you when the timelines you never set you could meet do not get met. I work 11 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week. I completed all my works on time while working long hours and still get bad performence reviews. Performence review heavily depends on your seniors.
