Deloitte is a very Professional environment, with emphasis on protecting the environmnet and helping the community. They support many greening initiatives and are making an effort to retain women in the workforce by offering flexible work schedules and work-at-home options.
Cons
It is a high pressure atmosphere. You never get caught up. There are always new projects waiting to be started.There are always deadlines needing to be met.
