Pros
- lots of perks - people centric policies - lots of people to learn from - gym is great :D - some big names for clients - great place to launch your career - lots of events, hackathons, parties, and more - you can initiate your own projects
Cons
- you will feel like a small part of a large machine. (you can grow to own projects but it will take quite some time) - you won't hate it, but work can get monotonous in the early projects. This is also done to ease you into larger responsibilities so its not all bad. - Pay is less compared to the industry standards but workload is also less and there are many benefits. So if you are financially stable (no loans), and fresh out of college - would recommend. - your work timings will depend on the client so possible late night calls.
