      Pros

      - There are some really talented people, everyone’s genuinely nice and welcoming - The culture is good; there are regular discussions on design and what’s happening across projects - Really cool office and campus

      Cons

      Most of the cons are inherent to it being a design studio: - lower salaries compared to a product company - stakeholder management can get tedious - work life balance is good but working with clients in a different time zone can get tough - have no say in what project you’ll be working on - long notice period (3 months) - office is in Kodathi
