Good place to make mistakes and make friends

Pros

they magically find the best designers and so you'll have pretty fantastic colleagues, arguably the best work/life balance!

Cons

No career development plan in place, designers hardly get the type of projects to create innovative solutions, too much bureaucratic bs with the mother company, salaries are awful- far below the average.

Pros

They know how to throw a party and distract you with booze, but have avoided any and all accountability for how toxic the culture has become.

Cons

Clear signs of gender discrimination, major lack of diversity, low pay, and an unspoken expectation to bend over backwards for unethical clients just so the money keeps coming in. Its common practice for Designit to neglect employees who are vocal about their needs in hopes that they quit rather than having to fire them. It’s also common for one region to blame another for the company’s deficit. Lots of toxicity.
