Business Outlook
Pros
Very cool work environment, embracing innovation and thinking differently, interesting clients, get thrown into cold water immediately, so lots of opportunities for hands on experience. Great overall, but depends in what stage of your career.
Cons
Flip side of the pros- no on-boarding what-so-ever, only learning by doing. Very tight timelines compared to the big promises made to clients. Some offices are better than others, really depends. Not much place for long term career development. At times there's lot of super innovative ideas that get missed out on a bit during implementation.
