Pros

They think on the people, we are not machines, we have to work hard but the conditions and freedom is absolute. Good salary, flat structure (more than I ever saw) a lot of flexibility and holidays. Stability.

Cons

If you are not lucky with your boss maybe but even so DB have ways to solve it.

huge firm with a lot of possibility to learn additional training, workshops free train ticket to work

not too much responsibility for international interns the network for the interns, trainees is not well developed yet, but it is in progress

Pros

Cool to be working in Europe. My coworkers and boss are incredibly nice, except they always speak in German so it's easy to feel left out. HR planned a fun International intern event for us.

Cons

Working in the engineering department in a small town makes one feel disconnected from the rest of this huge company.
