Flexible working hours. Strong Union. If you want to have some time for yourself and your family it's a good employer with many social benefits, of course there is a but... ( or many)

Not for people with ambition. Too conservative. Overall too hierarchical and upper management 50+ men, who dpn't want to bring their teams forward. You should be happy just for having a steady and safe job...

- Work on multiple type of projects simultaneously - People are nice and friendly

Cons

- No work life balance - There isn't a proper on boarding process - Micromanagement - Not enough diversity within the team (didn't see many women or people of color) - They need better management techniques - You won't feel heard it's more like a weekly todo tasks
