Pros

Great team atmosphere and focus on worklife balance. Serious focus on agile and doing projects right. Lots of OSS in use. Challenging projects with notable impacts.

Cons

Antiquated technology (i.e. Win XP, IE) Bureaucracy and resources are the hardest part of any IT project. Politics of higher ups often subverts otherwise logical implementations, dilating project rollouts.

Pros

The benefits are really good, especially medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Great global environment that prepares you for international careers. Challenging work ethics motivate you to be a top performer.

Cons

Starting salary very low; about 30k for analyst Not recognized for hard work, unless you suck up to upper management Opportunities to work in other sites around the world are few, if any.
