Cons
Keep in mind I worked at the New York office. The morale at the office is terrible. They offer a hybrid arrangement (three days in office) but one of the days must be a Monday or Friday. You will almost NEVER get a raise. Whatever salary you come in at is where you will stay. Look at other reviews if you don’t believe me. The bonus structure is sketchy. They changed the calculation in 2023 and nobody understands it. When you quit they don’t pay out for unused vacation. They are the cheapest organization I’ve ever worked for. There are layoffs every quarter. The office is an open floor with no assigned desks. You get a locker like you are in high school. Should I go on? Maybe in Germany it is different, I don’t know.
