Pros

They have started to streamline their product control functions and lots of middle management bloat getting cut. This means a good opportunity for Jr.s and growth. Processes getting slightly more technical and the jr. experience now has alot more responsibility.

Cons

Since they have been on a cost cutting theme, they have sadly lost many of the "star" managers, so don't expect much from management. Culture is so-so. Pay is not that great and bonus is meh on higher side. As a Jr. expect alot of responsibility, which means you will get alot of work and Sr.s are not so hands on. Expect little to no guard rails. That being said, if you are a CA/MBA + CFA L2, after 2 years in a group team with a good work ex, you will have decent offers. if you are pre MBA you will do well after a good B-School call. I wish all prospective Jr.s/ analysts all the best.
